Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to carrier GRI, BAF, CAF, and port congestion surcharges.
Final Pricing: Subject to final dimensions, weight, and OOG details submitted with the booking. Quoted rates are based on industry-benchmark assumptions until cargo datasheets are confirmed.
Cargo Acceptance: All OOG cargo must be properly crated, secured, and labelled per IMDG / vessel operator requirements. SHAQ may decline mis-declared cargo.
Documentation: Booking must include commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS (if applicable), and mill test certificates for tower sections.
Payment Terms: 30% TT deposit upon booking confirmation; 70% balance against B/L copy. SBLC or DLC accepted for established clients.
Liability: Subject to SHAQ Logistics Standard Trading Conditions (2026 edition) and/or applicable Hague-Visby Rules. Marine insurance is the client's responsibility unless CIF is selected.
Cancellation: Cancellations after vessel cut-off incur 100% dead-freight charges. Re-routing or roll-overs are subject to space availability and carrier penalties.
Force Majeure: Including but not limited to typhoons, port strikes, war, pandemic restrictions, or government export license revocation.
