Chargeable Weight

1. The chargeable weight shall be the greater of the volumetric weight and the actual weight.
2. Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height / 6000 (cm).
3. The chargeable weight is based on the parcel dimensions measured at our China warehouse. The chargeable weight for the entire shipment shall be rounded up to the nearest whole kilogram.
4. Minimum 12 kg per piece. Any piece weighing less than 12 kg will be charged as 12 kg.
5. Minimum 21 kg per shipment. Any shipment weighing less than 21 kg will be charged as 21 kg.
6. Single-piece shipment surcharge: USD 15.00 per shipment.
7. Remote area surcharge applies if the delivery address is classified as a remote area.

Standard Parcel Specifications

1. Actual weight must be less than 24.5 kg (24.5 kg or above is considered oversized).
2. Volumetric weight must be less than 29 kg (29 kg or above is considered oversized).
3. The longest side of the carton must be less than 99 cm.
4. The second-longest side must be less than 75 cm.
5. Parcels exceeding any of the above standard specifications will incur a surcharge of EUR 30.00 per piece.

Oversized Parcels — Tier 1

1. Actual weight greater than or equal to 38 kg, or volumetric weight greater than or equal to 29 kg, or [Length + 2 × (Width + Height)] greater than or equal to 300 cm (but not exceeding 395 cm).
2. Surcharge: EUR 110.00 per piece.

Oversized Parcels — Tier 2

1. Actual weight or volumetric weight exceeding 56 kg, or the longest side exceeding 270 cm, or [Length + 2 × (Width + Height)] exceeding 395 cm.
2. Surcharge: EUR 530.00 per piece.
3. Parcels exceeding these dimensions may be refused. If the customer insists on shipping oversized parcels, the customer shall bear all costs arising from return shipment or failed delivery.

Oversized parcel surcharges are valid on a long-term basis. If any additional surcharge invoices are incurred, our company will collect the difference accordingly.
