Basis: This quotation is based on the estimated total weight of 2,000 MT. Final cost will be adjusted upon receipt of actual packing list, dimensions, and drawings.
Excluded: Iranian VAT/local taxes, import duties (if not exempted), demurrage/detention due to consignee delay, and any sanctions-related legal fees beyond standard compliance.
Vessel type: Breakbulk / container / hybrid to be confirmed after dimensional verification.
Sanctions compliance: We operate under valid OFAC/EU compliance protocols and will require end-user certificate from Iran counterparty.
